I am currently a Public Saftey Office IV assigned to overseeing our Criminal Activity Prevention unit. Throughout my career I have been responsible for training Public Safety Officers annually in our 8-hour NYS Security Guard annual training. I have also taught several self defense classes such as Sexual Harassment and Rape Prevention, Defensive Tactics, and R.A.D. (Rape Aggression Defense).

I was first given the opportunity by the CSEA NCC Unit President Michael Berg to serve as a CSEA Vice President for our members at NCC. I take great pride in being a helpful hand and resource for any members who seek our assistance.

I am very grateful that I was asked to run with Team Kalander to serve as a CSEA Vice President at the local level. I look forward to receiving the necessary trainings to be able to represent members to the standard that team Kalander demands and to the standards that our amazing members deserve. It is time for a change, and it’s is time for the voices and concerns our NCC members to have proper representation not just on campus but also at our local office.
